There is no GAMSAT and no reapplication after the first degree.
Selection mirrors Griffith's own ATAR-first model: the published minimum ATAR is 99.90 (99.30 under the Rural Access Scheme and Regional Health Workforce Scheme), around 20 Commonwealth Supported places are offered each year, and the UCAT is optional — a tiebreak within an ATAR band, with applicants who skip it ranked at the bottom of their band.
As a conditional offer, students must maintain a strong academic standing to keep their position — a GPA of at least 5.5/7 across the Bachelor of Medical Science. Meet the condition and the place converts to the Griffith MD with no GAMSAT and no second competitive round.
